    IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please ensure all old fuel is drained and the tank flushed thoroughly. Stale fuel/ dirt / debris will damage the new pump and will invalidate the warranty.

    Used the same housing and filters as fitted to the Elise and Exige S2 fitted with a 1ZZ or 2ZZ Toyota engine.

    This unit is fitted with an uprated pump that can supply 265ltr/hr when running 2.75 bar of pressure and 13.5Volts or 250Ltr/hr when running at about 3.5 bar of pressure

This is a direct replacement for your original sump pan and will make oil starvation a thing of the past. The simple, high-quality and beautifully welded Pro-sump is track-focused and easy to install. Works with the standard windage tray and dip stick. Oil isolated in a cavity around the pick-up during high-g corners. Stable normal oil pressure in all situations. Added oil capacity.     S2 K Series and VX220 HP Fuel Pump Unit Using the latest turbine architecture and a very high build quality this unit outperforms every other pump option for the S2 K Series in every department.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please ensure all old fuel is drained and the tank flushed thoroughly. Stale fuel/ dirt / debris will damage the new pump and will invalidate the warranty.

    TRUE HP OUTPUT - This unit can support up to 400BHP at standard Lotus fuel rail pressures, importantly this is achieved through the turbine pump’s efficiency and NOT from a high power requirement, which can cause fuel heating issues in some installations.

    DUAL INPUT DESIGN - As per the original AC Delco design the pump can take fuel from either the canister or the tank directly unlike eductor driven pump units. This has several advantages: - Virtually instantaneous HP output recovery from fuel starvation caused by fuel swash. Immediate recovery of the reserve canister refill cycle from empty as the pump itself achieves this. By comparison to an eductor system, in this situation the eductor is stalled and cannot refill the canister.

    RAPID CANISTER REFILL - Even when supplying the entire pumps output to the engine the pump will still fill the canister from empty to full in about 6 seconds, less at higher fuel rail pressures and even quicker when the return fuel is added if not at full power. This is easily the fastest refill we have ever tested, as a reference the original OE pumps being around 12 seconds and the latest OE pump being about the same. It is also considerably quicker than eductor powered systems, which are much slower. LOW

    POWER DRAW At around 6-7A it uses about the same power as the OE pump despite the substantial difference in output.

    Pro-Alloy Motorsport Filler Neck Assembly High Quality "Aero" style flush filler assembly for the Lotus S1/ S2 /211 The series 1&2 Lotus Elise and derivatives (including 211 and Exige series 2) with both Toyota and Rover engines have a narrow filler neck due to fuel cap design. The original filler neck is also installed with an unleaded fuel flap. Both these elopements prevent the use of TUFF JUG dry break style fuel filling systems without the use of a narrow adaptor on the dispenser which limits the fuel flow and hinders the seating of the TUFF JUG into the filler neck assembly, increasing the possibility of fuel spillage. The Pro Alloy Motorsport Filler assembly is designed specifically with the 36 mm dia tuff jug in mind, it bolts directly into the original clam aperture without body mods*, and utilises the standard filler hose assembly without modification. The deeper alloy elbow on the back of our assembly allows the TUFF JUG nozzle to fully open, allowing greatly improved filling speeds and faster/safer pit stops!     S2 Elise, Exige Breather Catch Cans The Exige S can suffer from oil breathing issues due to the high revving nature of the Toyota engine and the fact that many of them are pushed hard on track. The principles behind oil separators / breathers is simple. Piston rings do not seal 100% and as a result, pressurised gasses from the combustion chamber leak through to the crank case area and pressurise the crank case and sump. The block then breathes through a pipe which usually feeds the vapour into the inlet system and the engine would then normally burn this nasty mix of oil vapour and condensation therefore potentially lowering the octane rating of your fuel, the effects of this are as follows; 1) Your engine could "Pink" or detonate 2) You will loose power Also an oily/dirty intake system will reduce the efficiency of your intercooler or charge cooler again lowering the performance of the engine. By separating and catching these gasses in our two stage breather system we can safely remove this problem from the crank case and return clean air to the intake tract.
