In order to give the vehicle the perfect dynamics, Komo-Tec have developed the "Cup EX475" performance phase. Through the use of special stainless steel manifolds (developed by Komo-Tec) with optimized tube lengths and diameters, a HJS-200-cpsi sports catalyst integrated in the y-pipe, as well as the KT500 Carbon-Airbox with increased airflow and optimised software-upgrade, They were able to increase the maximum output by about 40 hp. This allows the engine to rev more freely and have a significant increase in torque. The air filter element is replace with a free flow version These factors compared to the standard components allow for much better/increased airflow. Komo-Tec 430 kit for Evora S Performance Data EX430:approx. 425 hp / 465 Nm (IPS: ca 415 hp / 450 Nm) Performance Data Evora S :approx. 350 hp / 400 Nm (factory data) Based on the Ev410 kit for the Evora S that already uses the two manifolds, HJS-Sports catalyst and a modified supercharger drive pulley. The KT-Sports carbon airbox is added and a new ECU-Software-Upgrade installed. This carbon airbox has a much larger volume and the uses a sports air filter which has a larger surface area than the original filter. These factors compared to the standard components of the kit give a much better/increased airflow. With this modification in combination with the optimized EV430 ECU software, a further increase in performance is achieved.
