Pro-Alloy Intercooler Upgrade Kit for Lotus Exige S

High performance Pro Alloy up-rated intercooler - direct replacement for the OEM intercooler complete with engine heat shield and optional cold air feed kit

Finished in brushed alloy

Features include..

  • Pressed alloy end tanks with radiused corners which offer both an increase in strength and flow over the standard cooler.

  • 120mm thick core (OEM 86mm , cup intercooler 110mm)

  • Core 40mm longer than standard

  • Supplied complete with 40mm wider air intake cowling

  • 12mm high wide pitch finning - (good for poor air flow situations)

  • Supplied complete with boot prop raiser bracket so WILL FIT WITH SINGLE BOOT PROP

An alloy heat dispersant tray is also included in the kit - the biggest problem with air to air intercooling in the Exige is heat being radiated directly from the engine into the intercooler.. This tray disperses the heat away from the intercooler.

Also available with a cold air feed kit. This kit takes nice cold air from the side scoops of the car and feeds it directly up to the intercooler. The standard Exige roof scoop uses air from the front of the car that has already been used to cool the engine radiator. With the addition of this air feed kit the intercooler works much more efficiently.
