Emira V6 Komo-Tec 475 Kit (Track/Race) Performance Data EM475: approx. 475 hp / 499 Nm (IPS: ca. 4xx hp/4xx Nm) Technical Data (Emira V6): approx. 400 hp / 420 Nm (Factory Spec) After a long test and development phase, we are pleased to be able to offer the first performance phase for the new Emira. In addition to the EM430 phase, we increase the performance to approx. 475PS, which corresponds to 55-60PS more power compared to the production vehicle. The increase in torque is even higher, at around 499Nm, an increase of around 75Nm. In order to achieve this data, in addition to the measures in the EM430 kit (engine control unit equipped with optimized software and a sports air filter insert), we also added a set of stainless steel exhaust manifolds 3:1 with optimized pipe lengths, as well as an optimized downpipe with 200-cell sports catalytic converter. This performance phase cannot be registered due to the combination of manifold and catalytic converter, therefore no TÜV approval! Elise/Exige 2ZZ C64 Komo-Tec Final Drive 5.0:1 2ZZ-Powertrain with C64-Gearbox In order to improve the original fairly long ratio of the final drive of the Elise 111R/Exige S2 and therefore achieve a more dynamic performance, Komo-Tec have developed a new final drive with a ratio of 5,0:1 (Original 4.63:1). The gear ratio is shorter and the agility of the car is improved considerably. Due to the slightly higher tooth clearance it is possible that the gear box is marginally noisier than the original. In order to get these fact better we redeveloped the parts on higher quality standard and get a really nice and well-working result! The gear box has to be dismantled to install these parts. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please ensure all old fuel is drained and the tank flushed thoroughly. Stale fuel/ dirt / debris will damage the new pump and will invalidate the warranty.
