The Exige 430 has been delivered with 430 hp as factory spec. In order to give the vehicle the perfect dynamics, Komo-Tec have developed the "Exige EX490" performance phase.
Through the use of special stainless steel manifolds (developed by Komo-Tec) with optimized tube lengths and diameters, a HJS-200-cpsi sports catalyst integrated in the y-pipe, as well as the KT500 Carbon-Airbox with increased airflow and optimised v2 software-upgrade, They were able to increase the maximum output. This allows the engine to rev more freely and have a significant increase in torque.

Performance phase "Cup EX490" consisting of:

• KT500 Carbon-Airbox

• Stainless steel manifold with optimized tube lengths and diameters

• Y-pipe with optimized diameter incl. 200cpsi HJS Sport catalyst

• Oxygen sensor cable extension

• Optimization of the standard software file DEx490a (Ignition, injection maps and camshaft phase adjustment)
