Simply plugs into the car's wiring plug when removing the airbag hub/clock spring with the correct connector.
It has the correct rated resistor to emulate the drivers airbag.
Complete with additional wire and connector for the horn push button when using non airbag steering wheels and horn contact ring - some adjustment to steering column top trim, central retaining tag, to avoid the brass horn contact may be required
